1. Our Position

• Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat Infringers

buyiptvuk.store maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.

5. Good Faith

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be subject to liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a fraudulent DMCA notice.

6. Response Time

We will review and respond to valid DMCA notices within 5-10 business days of receipt. We will take appropriate action as required by applicable law.
